Mountain Bike Skills Coaching

Whether you’re looking for the rush of downhill speed or the calm satisfaction of having mastered a trail, mountain biking can provide what you need. It is a great way to connect with nature and break away from the daily routine.

Coaching specializes in improving your technique and increasing your confidence in order to make your mountain biking experience not only safer but also more enjoyable and fulfilling. Riders learn foundational skills like body position, cornering and braking and can then go on to refine advanced techniques for handling technical terrain, jumps and drops. Personalized feedback from a coach helps you progress faster by correcting mistakes and tailoring advice to your specific needs.

We are located in the stunning 80 acres of natural woodland in Castlecomer Discovery Park in North Kilkenny. We are approx. 25 minutes from Kilkenny City and easily accessible from the M9 and M7 motorways.

Our Mission

We help you to establish and build on the connection between the trail, bike and body. The focus of our lessons is building confidence through skill acquisition. We strongly believe in continuous development and improvement, and this is integrated in our company through continuous  professional development of coaching skills.
